For Teachers

Speaking from Experience is a set of video clips that explores the lives of young people living with chronic illnesses. The young people share their personal journeys and provide insights into the consequences of common chronic illnesses. This 'For Teachers' section of the website provides support for teachers using Speaking from Experience clips. It includes clips of a school counsellor and classroom teacher talking about points to consider before using the resources, and about ideas for how to use the resources either one-on-one or in the classroom.
